Mechanical filtration
The proposed technological solution for water purification (removal of increased turbidity levels) represents the most techno-economically rational and, at the same time, sufficiently safe approach. Elevated turbidity is measured in so-called NTU units, and the increased organic load is expressed through the consumption of KMnO₄. The solution is based on continuous filtration and coagulation of water using an appropriate coagulant. The coagulant is dosed within the required limits via a pulse water meter, in proportion to the flow rate of the treated water.
The system consists of a single mechanical filter operating in automatic mode, including all internal and external components, a special filter media of specified granulation, a set of valves, and other necessary fittings for connecting the complete system.
